The Media Gallery provides a unified interface to view, download, and manage all outputs generated by your workflows across all runners. It serves as your central repository for all AI-generated content, including images, videos, and audio files.

The gallery offers comprehensive tools for managing your generated content:

Unified View

See outputs from all workflows and runners in one centralized location. No need to navigate between different workflow pages—all your generated content is accessible from a single interface. Outputs are displayed in most recently generated first order, ensuring you always see your latest creations at the top of the gallery.

Media Type Filtering

Filter the gallery by media type using the tabs at the top of the gallery:
  • All: Show every output regardless of type
  • Images: Show only image outputs (PNG, JPG, WebP, etc.)
  • Videos: Show only video outputs (MP4, WebM, etc.)
  • Audio: Show only audio outputs (MP3, WAV, FLAC, etc.) Media types are determined server-side from the file, so filtering is fast and accurate.

Download Support

Direct download capability for all generated files including:
  • Images (PNG, JPG, WebP, etc.)
  • Videos (MP4, WebM, MOV, etc.)
  • Audio files (MP3, WAV, FLAC, etc.)
Hover over any thumbnail and click the download icon to save it directly to your local system.

Workflow Traceability

Every output in the gallery maintains a link back to the workflow that created it. This enables you to:
  • Track which workflow generated specific outputs
  • Review the parameters and settings used
  • Recreate successful generations
Click the “Jump to workflow” link in the lightbox to navigate directly to the workflow details page.

Infinite Scrolling

The gallery uses infinite scrolling to seamlessly load outputs as you browse. As you scroll down, more content loads automatically without the need for pagination, providing a smooth browsing experience even with large collections of generated media.

Thumbnail Preview

Outputs are displayed as optimized thumbnails by default for fast loading and efficient browsing. Clicking any thumbnail opens a full-screen lightbox with the original full-resolution file.
  • Images are displayed inline
  • Videos start playing automatically in the lightbox and support playback controls
  • Audio files display a player with playback controls
For videos, hover over a thumbnail to preview playback directly in the grid without opening the lightbox.

Grid Layout Compactness

Customize your viewing experience with three levels of grid compactness using the controls in the top-right corner:
  • Compact: Smaller thumbnails, more items visible per row
  • Comfortable: Balanced thumbnail size for comfortable viewing
  • Spacious: Larger thumbnails with more spacing for detailed preview

Managing Outputs

Deleting Outputs

You can delete outputs using two methods:
  1. From the Media Gallery: Open the lightbox for any item and click the Delete button in the bottom bar
  2. From Workflow Details: Navigate to the specific workflow details page and use the delete button next to each output for more granular control
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Ensure you’ve downloaded any outputs you want to keep before deleting them.
